Smart curtains will come out without electricity to automatically adjust the light intensity

The outer layer of the curtain is made of a special type of light-sensitive plastic called polycarbonate. Beneath that lies a thin layer of carbon nanotubes. When sunlight hits the curtain, the nanotubes absorb the light energy and convert it into heat. This heat causes the material to expand, which in turn makes the curtain bend and close tiny openings, effectively reducing the amount of light entering the room. What’s truly impressive is that this entire process doesn’t require any external power source. The smart curtain operates entirely on its own, using only the energy from sunlight. It’s a self-sufficient system that doesn’t rely on electricity or batteries, making it both eco-friendly and efficient. This innovation could revolutionize how we interact with our living spaces.
