The initial results of the introduction of high-grade edible fungi new varieties

In order to improve the production efficiency of edible fungi, the Beijing Agricultural Technology Promotion Station has introduced seven new varieties of high-grade edible fungus, such as lotus bacteria, golden fortunate mushroom and pork belly mushroom, to conduct trial demonstrations. Among them, the lotus bacteria that have been tested in Miyun County have begun to mushroom. The largest single strain has a weight of more than 5 kilograms and the sales price is 30-40 yuan/kg. Other varieties such as Kim Fung Mushrooms are producing bacteria and it is expected that the mushrooms will be harvested in July.
