U.S. Investigation Finds "First Longevity Tip"

According to the report of the “Doctor of Network Medicine” of the United States on July 29th, a survey conducted for centenarians found that among all the longevity “old people” mentioned by the elderly, they lived in close relationship with their family and friends.

The survey was conducted between April and May this year by Lupu Public Affairs and Media.

Investigators summed up the following “something particularly important” factors for health and longevity through conversations with 100 hundred-year-olds.


First: Among them, 90% of the elderly people recognize that “cooking with friends and family members is a good factor” for longevity, ranking first.

Second: The support rate of "Trying to keep thinking active" is 89%, ranking second.

Other: Other factors are: laugh, keep a sense of humor; have faith; are willing to look forward to each day; more dynamic, more exercise; maintain independent awareness; have a good diet; catch up with the pace of keeping up with the times; make new friend.

In addition, the survey also found that many centenarians are quite young in their lifestyles. Among them, 19% use mobile phones, 13% access the Internet, and 3% say they occasionally make friends. Moreover, 65% of centenarians can recognize the winners of the 2005 TV competition.
