Zhengzhou Sanmao Institute conducts knowledge contest

On July 20, the Zhengzhou Abrasives Grinding Research Institute (also known as the Zhengzhou Sanmao Research Institute) held a knowledge contest titled “I Learn, I Apply My Business” in the second-floor lecture hall. A total of 16 teams participated in the competition, with each team consisting of 5 members, including a team leader. The competition was divided into preliminary and final rounds. In the preliminary stage, there were two rounds, with 8 teams competing in each round, and only 3 teams advancing to the finals. Ultimately, 6 teams made it to the final round. The contest featured three stages: the opening performance, quick response, and a reversal round. These included mandatory questions, answer-based questions, risk questions, tiebreaker questions, and interactive Q&A sessions. The atmosphere was intense, with teams working closely together and showing great enthusiasm throughout the event. Under the principles of fairness, impartiality, and transparency, the winners were announced in the afternoon. The first prize went to the joint team of Product 7 and Product 9, while the second prizes were awarded to the joint team of Product 6, Electroplated Sheet, and Elastic Abrasive, and the third prizes went to the teams from Department 8, Processing and Manufacturing 2, and Product 5. After the competition, leaders from the institute, including Qiu Lihua, Chen Feng, Yang Xiaoping (Executive Vice Chairman of the Labor Union), Wang Weitao (Director of the Comprehensive Office), and Zhou Danfang (Head of the Security Office), presented certificates and awards to the winning teams. Yang Xiaoping summarized the event, encouraging the winners to continue deepening their understanding of safety tests, product quality, fire protection knowledge, and corporate culture. She also encouraged all employees to keep learning and communicating in their daily work, fostering a positive learning environment and continuously improving their professional skills. In addition, the labor union plans to organize various competitions regularly, aiming to raise awareness of quality, safety, fire protection, and environmental protection among employees.
