Coaxial submersible pump usage

Coaxial submersible pumps are a type of submersible pump where the impeller is directly mounted on the motor's shaft extension, making it a compact and efficient system. These pumps are known for their simple structure, ease of installation, and the ability to operate without requiring a dedicated pump room. Their small footprint allows for flexible placement, while remote control capabilities make them ideal for long-distance operations. They are safe, reliable, and easy to maintain, with a short and sturdy design that suits various applications. These pumps are commonly used in drainage and rescue operations, surface drainage, urban flood management, and agricultural irrigation and drainage systems. To ensure optimal performance, certain conditions must be met: the motor must be filled with clean water or a specially formulated aqueous solution, and the pump must be fully submerged during operation. The water temperature should not exceed 20°C, and the solid content in the water should be no more than 0.01%. Additionally, the water should not contain harmful chemicals, and its pH level should be between 6.5 and 8.5. The system consists of several key components, including the submersible motor, the pump itself, power and signal cables, connectors, gate valves, check valves, elbows, and other necessary parts. The submersible motor features a water-filled wet-seal design and is typically installed vertically. It may include ribbed structures and water channels to help dissipate heat, along with a suction hood for improved cooling. A flexible capsule at the bottom of the motor allows it to automatically adjust and balance internal and external pressure. The motor also uses a mechanical seal box with a rubber oil seal, combined with an "O" ring and sealing compound for superior sealing performance. High-quality, wear-resistant materials are used for the guide and thrust bearings, ensuring strong resistance to wear and the ability to handle high axial loads. The submersible pump features a multi-purpose single-stage impeller, directly mounted on the extended motor shaft. Both the impeller and the guide shell are made from high-strength, wear-resistant cast iron, and can be customized with alloy coatings or other wear-resistant materials based on specific requirements. The control cabinet includes protection against short circuits, overloads, and voltage fluctuations, as well as water level and temperature monitoring systems. The power cable is a waterproof three-core rubber cable, available in a standard length of 5 meters or custom lengths as needed.
