Washing method for commonly used towels in summer

This towel is woven with a set of ground warp threads, a set of raised yarns, and a set of weft threads, similar to other types of towels or terry cloth garments.

Towels are generally resistant to fading. To maintain their quality, it's recommended to soak them in cold water for about 30 minutes before washing. Then, wash them in a solution of soap at a temperature between 50°C and 60°C. Gently agitate the towel in the soapy water several times, then let it soak for 5 to 10 minutes. Use a gentle and even washing motion to avoid damaging the fibers. Afterward, rinse the towel with warm water 2 to 3 times and then with clean water 2 to 3 times. Make sure the washing is thorough to prevent stiffness after drying. When drying, use smooth and clean ropes or hangers to avoid contact with rough surfaces that could damage the fabric. Once fully dry, gently rub the towel by hand and shake it twice to restore its softness and fluffiness. Always wash the towel separately to avoid color transfer from other fabrics.

If your towel becomes stiff or rough over time, you can restore its softness by following this method. Boil the towel in a slightly stronger soap solution (around 8%) or use washing powder or soda ash. Be careful not to submerge the towel completely during boiling, as this may cause damage. After boiling, rinse it thoroughly with warm and then cold water. Finally, allow it to air dry in a well-ventilated area. This process helps to soften the fibers and bring back the original comfort of the towel.

Proper care ensures that your towel remains soft, absorbent, and long-lasting. Regular maintenance and correct washing techniques can significantly extend its lifespan and keep it looking and feeling great.

Load Cells By Structural

A load cell (or loadcell) is a transducer that converts force into measurable electrical output. Although there are many varieties of force sensors, strain gauge load cells are the most commonly used type.
Except for certain laboratories where precision mechanical balances are still used, strain gauge load cells dominate the weighing industry.

The Different Types of Load Cells Supplied By Hanyu

  • Single Point Load Cell.
  • Strain load cell.
  • Platform load cell.
  • Canister style load cell.
  • Tension/compression load cell.
  • Digital Load Cell.
  • Miniature Load cell.
  • Beam Load Cell.
