Reheating: After taking the original solder paste bottle out of the refrigerator, it should be placed at a temperature of 20 ℃ ~ 25 ℃ for at least 4 hours to fully recover the temperature of the room temperature. Defrost time and fill in the solder paste entry and exit control form.

Stirring: Manual: Stir with flat spatula in the same direction for 5 to 10 minutes, subject to the uniform mixing of the alloy powder and the flux. Automatic mixer: If the speed of the mixer is 1200 rpm, it needs to be stirred for 2 to 3 minutes, which is subject to uniform stirring and still needs to be manually stirred in the same direction for 1 minute when used.

Operating environment: temperature and humidity range: 20 ℃ ~ 25 ℃ 45% ~ 75%

Use input: semi-automatic printing machine, when printing, the solder paste on the steel mesh rolls into a column, and the diameter is 1 ~ 1.5cm.

Principles of use: a. The use of solder paste must first use recycled solder paste and can only be used once, and then the remaining waste disposal. b. Principle of solder paste use: advanced first (the first remaining solder paste must be mixed with new solder paste, and the mixing ratio of new and old solder paste is at least 1: 1 (the proportion of new solder paste is larger and the same The same model number).

Note: The refrigerator must be powered on for 24 hours, and the temperature should be strictly controlled at 0 ℃ ~ 10 ℃.

Solder paste should be stored in a sealed form in a constant temperature and constant humidity freezer (note that refrigeration is not freezing). There are special paste freezers on the market. The temperature can be kept at 6 ℃ under the condition of 2 ℃ ～ 8 ℃ If the temperature is too high, the alloy powder in the solder paste does not chemically react with the flux, which lowers the viscosity and activity and affects its performance; if the temperature is too low, the resin in the flux will crystallize and the solder paste will deteriorate . In the storage process, it is more important to pay attention to the problem of maintaining a "constant temperature". If the solder paste is continuously repetitively different temperature changes from various environments in a short period of time, it will also make the solder paste The performance of the medium flux changes, which affects the soldering quality of the solder paste.
