Without the high-temperature melting conditions, the yield of nickel is as high as 92% or more. The lateritic nickel ore containing about 1.2% nickel can be economically treated. Production of 1 ton of nickel-iron alloy (containing 10% of nickel) can reduce carbon dioxide emissions by 2,096 kg, reduce sulfur dioxide emissions by 19.2 kg, reduce dust emissions by 544 kg, and eliminate the heavy pollution of sintering , smelting and other processes, completely changed the traditional metallurgy The process of heavy smoke, dust flying, the economic benefits and social benefits are significant.
