Dial type torque wrench product introduction:
The NKB series dial type torque wrench uses the pointer to intuitively indicate the torque value of the measured nuts, bolts and other fasteners on the dial, and memorize the torque value. It is composed of wrench body, elastic element amplification mechanism and memory mechanism. It has the characteristics of high precision, beautiful appearance, convenient use, good reliability and replaceable head. It is widely used in aerospace, aviation, shipbuilding, automobile, railway, engineering machinery, electric power and other industries. NKB series dial type torque wrenches can measure torque with an accuracy of ± 3%.
Before using dial type torque wrench:
A. Rotating the watch case or the knob on the watch case can drive the pointer to rotate. The pointer is a memory pointer, called a passive pointer or a driven pointer; the pointer connected with the movement is a working pointer, also called an active pointer.
B. The use of this product should be based on the strength level and torque value of the fastener, and the specifications and models of the appropriate range should be selected, and should not be used beyond the range.
Before using the torque wrench, adjust the zero position:
A. Right-hand use: Turn the knob on the watch cover clockwise to make the memory pointer and the active pointer point to the zero mark of the dial.
B. Left-hand use: Turn the knob of the watch cover counterclockwise to make the memory pointer and the active pointer close together, and the active pointer points to the zero mark of the dial.
Note when using dial type torque wrench:
Butt the square tenon of the pointer wrench with the fastener (it can be directly docked as required, or through the adapter sleeve), and then slowly and smoothly apply the wrenching force until the memory pointer points to the required torque value.
After using dial type torque wrench:
After the dial type torque wrench stops applying force, the active pointer automatically returns to zero under the action of the elastic element and the torsion spring of the movement. The memory pointer still stays on the indicated scale and accurately reads the torque value. Turn the knob on the watch cover to restore the memory pointer to the zero position for the next use.
