The BV85 vertical machining center is the first series of improvements in the BMEI's comprehensive promotion of modular products in 2001. Compared with the old products, BV85 technology performance is more stable, suitable for mass production.
The BV55 series vertical machining center is an upgraded version of the BV series, and its comprehensive performance has been greatly improved. Compared with the BV series, its Y-axis is widened, the bed itself is widened and heavier, which is beneficial to improve the stability of the whole machine. At the same time, the internal structure is more reasonable, which makes the functions of cooling, chip removal and lubrication more perfect. Increased to ensure the rigidity of the column structure and the combination of rigidity, so that the machine has good rigidity and precision retention; Z-axis guide rail size is increased, which is conducive to the rigidity of the whole machine; the spindle unit adopts national patent technology, the maximum speed can be Up to 15000r/min.
BV80-150 gear transmission vertical machining center can meet the requirements of low speed, high torque and high speed and high power machining. It is suitable for processing large amount of cutting and difficult materials such as high strength steel, high temperature alloy and titanium alloy. It can be widely used. Automobile, mold, aerospace, military, shipbuilding, general machinery manufacturing and other industries. Compared to the BV55, it is larger and more professional. The Y-axis has 4 guide rails, and the column adopts a herringbone structure. The span of the joint with the bed reaches 1220mm, which ensures the rigidity and joint rigidity of the column structure, and the rigidity and precision of the whole machine are well maintained.
