Installation method: The transmitter and receiver are installed in different locations: opposite installation type and reflective installation type. The reflective installation type receiver is not directly receiving the infrared beam emitted by the transmitter, but received by the reflector. Or an appropriate reflector (such as a lime wall, a paint layer with a smooth surface on the door panel) reflects back the infrared beam. An alarm signal is issued when the position and direction of the reflective surface are changed or one of the infrared-emitting light beam and the reflected light beam is blocked so that the receiver cannot receive the infrared-reflected light beam.
