1. Our product offers a wide range of specifications, with thicknesses ranging from 8 to 50mm, widths between 150 and 625mm, and lengths from 5 to 15 meters. This dense specification set ensures that it can meet various user requirements. Unlike conventional middle plates, our product can be directly welded without cutting, saving time and effort during installation.

2. The surface of the steel is smooth and clean, thanks to the two-stage high-pressure water descaling process used during production. This ensures a high-quality finish that meets strict industry standards.

3. The edges are perfectly vertical with clear angles. Through the two-way vertical rolling process in the finishing stage, we guarantee that the sides are perpendicular, the corners are sharp, and the edge quality remains excellent throughout the entire product.

4. The dimensional accuracy of the product is exceptional, with minimal differences between three points and a level difference that surpasses standard steel plates. The product is straight and has an excellent plate shape. We use continuous rolling in the finishing stage along with automatic loop control to prevent any pulling or misalignment during the rolling process. This results in high-dimensional precision, small tolerances, consistent flatness, and accurate bending curves. Additionally, cold shear cutting ensures precise length control, making the product highly suitable for applications requiring exact measurements.

5. The material used in our product complies with national standards and is identical to that of standard steel plates. The technical quality standards are based on the YB/T4212-2010 specification. For grades like Q345B and Q235B, we follow the GB/T1591-94 and GB/T700-88 standards respectively, ensuring reliability and consistency in performance.
