PP tube quality control
1. Strictly control the quality of the inspection well foundation. FRPP pipe inspection wells cannot be filled with water casting cushions and foundations. The geometrical dimensions and height of the foundations must be ensured, and the design requirements should be met. When the concrete reaches a certain strength, bricks can be built.
2. Strictly control the masonry quality of the FRPP pipe inspection well wall. The well wall must be vertical, there must be no reinforced polypropylene pipe joints; the mortar should be full, the joints should be smooth; the surface should be calendered, and there should be no empty drums or cracks.
3. The practice of FRPP pipe inspection well flow trough should be standardized. The height of the rainwater trough should be equal to the radius of the main pipe. The shape of the trough should be the same semi-arc with the radius of the main pipe; the height of the FRPP pipe inspection well should be level with the inner top of the main pipe, and the lower part is with the main pipe. The semi-arc with the same radius, the upper part is parallel to the well walls on both sides, and the width is the same as the main pipe diameter.
4. Strictly control the installation quality of FRPP pipe inspection wells, well rings and manhole covers. To use the gray cast iron step, the installation should be firm, and the sewage well should be coated with anti-rust paint: the installation of the well should be full of the slurry, and the manhole cover and the well ring should be matched. Heavy manhole covers must be installed on FRPP roads with heavy traffic.
