Since nitrogen forms a hollow nitrogen high pressure bubble inside the plastic part, and the pressure is outwardly expanded by the characteristics of the gas, it is expanded. The stress is constant. Remember that the bubble will always be in the middle, and it will automatically fill the thicker wall according to the shape of the plastic part. After cooling, the pressure will be released before the mold is opened, so that the result is guaranteed. The pressure is averaged (without injection stress) and the shrinkage stress is averaged, thereby obtaining a stable high-precision size of the molded part.
