The raw billet is selected to be slightly larger than the diameter of the rod. In the hot forging, due to the large amount of material used in the head, the forging ratio of the primary deformation is large, and the secondary deformation is necessary to meet the production requirements of the workpiece. Therefore, the first coarse pier is used, and then the forged pier is formed. The process is spherical and then flattened.

The heating temperature should not be too low or too high. The heating temperature is too low to reduce the rebound after bending; the heating temperature is too high, and the surface of the workpiece has a lot of scale, which affects the surface quality of the workpiece. For steel, when the temperature is over 800 ° C, only plastic deformation is performed without elastic deformation. Since there is no elastic deformation, there is no elastic recovery after deformation. Therefore, the heating temperature can be selected to exceed 800 °C. After quenching, the workpiece has a certain deformation. In order to reduce the deformation, oil can be used as the cooling liquid during quenching, and the slow cooling rate is selected to make the internal stress of the workpiece smaller, thereby reducing the deformation of the workpiece after quenching. The bending mode structure of the part is very simple, and the effect production practice proves that the above processing scheme is completely feasible.

When calculating the billet, the head material length and the rod material length are respectively determined as the total length required for the workpiece, and the billet diameter is selected to be slightly larger than the workpiece diameter. The head material is actually cut off a spherical crown on both sides of the spherical shape. According to the principle of plastic deformation and the law of volume invariance, a spherical shape slightly smaller than the head of the piece is calculated. Calculation method of blanks The blanks of the joint bolts are made of head material and rod material. Both sections of the two types of joint bolts are made of 20 mm round steel.

Operation process

(l) The coarse pier mold is installed in the mold box of the general friction frame of the universal friction press, and the large head (inorganic processing end) of the blank is first heated in the high frequency induction heating furnace, and the thick pier head is thickened. _The workpiece is placed in the mold, the head of the press is molded, the head of the workpiece is formed, the head of the handle is lifted, and the lower rod is then lifted off the workpiece.

(2) Secondary heating of the rough emblem forming workpiece, replacing the forming lower mold, and forging the ball into a spherical shape.
