9, special radiator profile EDM can not exceed 20c per minute, finishing can not exceed 10c per minute.

10, when the upper mold finishes the work and the height difference between the high and low points exceeds 5, the high and low point working belt (knife above) must be processed.

11, the lower die, flat die milling electrode excessive chamfer R1 ~ R2, EDM must be rounded after excessive, can not stay sharp.

12. The upper and lower molds that are well-finished must be self-inspected and cannot be reworked in time. The processing of the poor quality can be reported to the quality inspector in time.
