Scientific use of smooth oil is a prerequisite for ensuring safe and reliable operation of the compressor at all times. The following is the analysis and sampling of smooth oil. 1. Smooth oil with different trademarks can not be mixed. (4) The water leaking from the oil cooler enters the oil.
2. Sampling analysis and discriminating The distance at which the oil sample is extracted in the system depends on the environmental conditions of the compressor unit, the load conditions and the smooth oil trademark used. The oil sample should be hot in the unit (ie 15 min before the compressor stops). The compressor is under working condition. Look at the weft code. Therefore, it is necessary to be very careful when sampling; no pollution is allowed. The best way to extract the oil sample is to use a clean plastic tube from the fuel tank or oil. Extract from the cooler. If sampling from the oil drain plug; after the oil drain plug is opened; release no less than 0.15L oil and then sample. In addition to the oil sample during sampling; the following data should also be supplied; In order to make an appropriate assessment or claim for the oil being used:

(2) Applying time or using time after overhaul,
(3) The last time the oil was replaced,
(4) The amount of oil added and the number of additions after the last oil replacement,
(5) Oil product trademark,
(6) Application environment (dust, humidity, chemical pollution, etc.),

(8) Some important repair records (replacement parts, etc.).
Sampling analysis except for the determination of acid value, viscosity, hue, water content, and insoluble components; in the case of conditional agreement, the metal particles in the insoluble components should be analyzed; to determine whether these metal particles can be attributed to the compressor. If the metal content in the oil sample is less than the standard value; clarify that the compressor operation is normal; otherwise, it may reflect that some parts may have a problem. Of course, the above data is not applicable during the new unit or overhaul test run. When the metal The content is added arbitrarily; clarify that the unit is in the abnormal operation period. At this moment; the conflict between the moving parts is added; the wear is accelerated; if it is not adopted in time, the wear will be sharply added; the corresponding parts will be damaged.
