The No. 13 furnace of Wuhu Power Plant is an ultra-high pressure, single steam drum, natural circulation and storage type pulverized coal furnace produced by Shanghai Boiler Plant; the model is SG-42/13. 7-M418; equipped with 2 sets of Shenyang Heavy Machinery Factory DTM320/580 steel ball mill; the main bearing is fluid dynamic and smooth.
January 2001; No. 13 furnace E-beam ball mill overhaul; after removal of the main bearing upper cover; see the measurement found that the main bearing expansion gap C = 7 mm; significantly too small (normally this expansion gap should be greater than 20 mm) If the problem cannot be disposed of; it will be blocked by the self-expansion of the coal mill body; the hollow shaft oil retaining ring will conflict with the bearing seat; seriously affect the safe operation of the coal mill. If it is handled according to the usual method; Large tank; the main bearing seat of the coal mill is moved backward; the leveling of the bearing seat is correct; in this case, a lot of manpower and material resources are required; and the maintenance period is long; affecting the full-load operation of the unit.
However, if the inner diameter D2 of the main bearing seat B side is larger than the outer diameter D1 of the hollow shaft oil retaining ring, the coal mill that is formed by the excessive expansion of the main bearing of the coal mill can be prevented from being blocked by expansion; The shaft and the main bearing seat attack friction; then seriously affect the safety of the coal mill.
Therefore, we will first manufacture special tools for turning tools; fix them to the main bearing hollow shaft bushings after the coal mill; make a simple correction; make it possible to change with the coal mill. Because the speed of the car is low; The secondary turning amount is controlled within the scope of the rule; the inner end of the rear bearing housing can be turned; usually, the turning is 5~8 mm; the inner diameter D2 is greater than the outer diameter D1; and the simple presentation is made after turning. The bearing is smooth and oil leaking; and the corresponding packing is made according to the shape after turning to seal.
After the above treatment, it has been operated for more than 3 years; the main bearing of the coal mill has been running stably; and the rear main bearing seat is sealed; there is no oil leakage appearance.
